Not sure if this is a bad rip, but I'm having some video issues with this game. Anyone else? I'm using Verbs. Only game I've ever seen this one. Tested on 3 other consoles with same result.

No I didn't install to the hard drive. Why would I have to?

I burned a game called Lost Odessey on to Memsuxxors- since I'm not a fan of Jap RPGs, but you know the memos are cheap.
The thing will not play past the opening video. It's basically a coaster. So check media if it's standard scene rls.

To solve most DRE, stuttering, or long load time problems of course...

It's very interesting you mentioned this problem.
This past Wednesday, I stopped by my local GameStop with the intention of purchasing Prototype. When I asked if it was in stock, the guy behind the counter advised me against buying the game. His reason: he heard a few people complaining about 'choppy' video sequences and not-so great graphic detail.
This leads me to believe that the problem you're having is the game itself. :(

Or maybe you just need to install it to the HDD...

I haven't installed to the HDD and it plays fine for me. I think I noticed a split second in a scene that was choppy but other than that it was fine.

But for those of us that only have 20 gig HDD and a lot of songs/saves... HDD<Dvd drive. If I put a game on my HDD I won't be able to have another gamesave, lol.

Don't have the extra cash to do it right now, lol. Been thinking about downloading one of the SS from a 120 gig and using a partition on my external for it. Its already sitting there because I use it for the Wii... Is that possible/no riskier than playing backups on live?
