Yesterday I saw under his name "Account closed at the request of the user", so maybe he just got pissed off and left. But I'd prefer to think he was banned for defying moderators after he was told not to mention Kryptview's again in the Starview 4 fix thread.
Couldn't give a toss either way, TBH.

What's there to miss? Box fixes and support are freely available from multiple sources, and we have an added bonus of not having to look at "PM sent" spam for 10 pages in a thread along with his sycophantic ramblings of a certain box.
Lock this thread, anyway. It's useless and has nothing to do with the subject of the forum.

The reason why it turned into "fergus PM" was people are to lazy just to PM someone, they want to be spoonfed everything if you look at any thread, people just hijack them to get answers to their own queries, fergus was just replying, in hindsight he shouldnt have bothered, which takes me back to my first point, if they bothered to read the countless threads and PM they guy themselves, then there wouldnt be " fergus pm with ....." all over the forum,
What I am amazed is that some people took chargrin with this and set about making an issue out of it, if they were so concerned, why dont they highlight the other countless threads on here where people hijack a thread or swing wildly of course of the chosen subject or contact a MOD about it???
There are people on this forum with their own agenda, they know who they are..........

yes correct they are available from all sources,the trouble is people wanted everything handed to them and there is a search button on site to assist u looking for what u want.there was a name mentioned in one of those threads.the problem was only 3 boxes getting a fix and one of those fergus does not deal with,if other boxes had a fix do u still think he would be rambling??that is my point.
