2 rrod after drive mod can someone help?

Okay so I modified my fist xbox I believe using iXtreme 1.5 or 1.6. Worked for a few days then started to overheat. Did the xclamp and thermal fixes worked for a few days. Eventually got to the point where it overheats almost instatly. Couldnt get any answers. Got another used xbox appeared to work fine. Did the mod same stuff. This one takes a few min to overheat instead of instantly. I dont have old paste on the chips, I have the special fans. Yes it's getting plenty of air. It appears the drive mod can cause it to overheat I was told thats not possible but it appears that it is the case.

I have seen a few other people with the problem but no one has a clue. Any suggestions I believe the error code is 4413 not that I can find what that means.

4413 is actually 0013. The 4 flashing lights means 0.

Google search of the secondary error code: 0013

Memory overheat. This one is tough to fix, you'll need to reflow the board.

No problem. :)

If your warranty sticker is intact, I would return the console to Microsoft. X-Clamp fixes work, but who knows how long it will last.

Like I said I already tried teh xclamp fix, all the standard garbage just did the penny thing. Didn't make a difference. The question is why does the mod cause this. I will probably eventually try the reflow becuase thats all thats left. I was very gentle this time since its my 2nd modded xbox. The mod has to be the reason for the 2 red lights. It overheats instantly now. Doesnt even try to start after sitting open for a day or 2.

You aren't going to fix that error. Did you try putting washers on the memory chip? You will most likely need to reflow the board.

Im going to research the reflow and try it out hopefully this week. Need to get a heat gun, any idea why modding the xbox would cause this?

Do NOT use a heatgun!!! That is not a reflow. A reflow is done on special equipment. Reflow station.

I saw a bunch of videos and posts saying that the heatgun worked assuming nothing gets damaged. Thats not true?

its kinda a halfa** reflow and is a decent fix but NOT good for noobs you usually end up burning something up. You can send it to someone to have it reflowed fairly cheap and would be safer and much better than a heatgun for about the same price as buying a heatgun.
