Are these any good for backups? I have used one to burn Tiger Woods and it kept crashing, I was wondering if it as the disk or the burn I made.

all depends on your burner. I can use memorex in mine and never had a coaster.

I always use Aones and not had one bad burn, apart from when i used imgburn, where the disk would not finalise, i now use clonecd and all have worked flawlessly, i have burnt over 40 games!!
