Leading on from stefbhoys question, can i split an ntl cable which has already been split once by Virgin in their unslightly brown box outside my house? Ideally i would like to split the broadband cable as it is closer to where i would like to put the second box! Anybody have any ideas?

yes you can, but i have to ask what are the 2 signals that is already split being used for?

its better to want something and not have it,
then to have it and not want it...
