SSBB - backup of a backup (Solved)

I am trying to make a backup of an already backed up copy of SSBB, now I have a dual layed disk ready to do this. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to do this? I'm not sure if it makes any difference that its a backup of a non-original game.

I'm 99% sure you can just use IMGBurn and do a disc copy and it will work.

Yes, Imgburn will work. I did it yesterday with Punch-Out
