Depends on the condition of the XBOX 360. What DVD drive it has, what motherboard it has. All those play factors on the price.

Not sure really..the 30 games is the part that would make it hard to decide. Are they all backups or originals? If they are backups just be warned, downloading and burning them is bad enough, attempting to sell them can get you in a lot of trouble. And don't think that higher ups don't know craigslist exists.
If they are originals, depending on if they are all $10 titles or still valuable, I'd probably ask $500. That would give room for negotiation, but no telling what you'd get. Highest someone might be willing to go is $300. Just no telling.
Have you tried selling it on here?

you should upgrade it to 1.51 so the buyer can play new games.

I highly doubt $900. Breakdown the prices and it doesn't add up.
Xbox Arcade - $200
Painted Blue - $50(from what some charge)
Blue-Red ROL - $15(from what some charge)
Controller and mem card come with the console
Games...a "gift" of approx. $100-$150 value(thats a hard one really)
It just doesn't add up to it. Wouldn't for me atleast. You might get a hit though.
And yeah you can try to sell it here, there are sell it/buy it forums.
And the weed and bong was a bad comparison. If its called a bong its illegal, weed is illegal anyhow. It would have to be a "Hookah" sold with free "starter tobacco"

Taking the 360 apart voids the warranty...
You are downloading a $60 game, for free...
You can get banned for it, if not careful...
Where in the midst of all this, how would the thought of unlawfulness not slip through your mind?

Its illegal when the intended use is for a illegal substance. When selling a "Hookah" you can't so much as blink because if the buyer takes it the wrong way it is a lawsuit..and not a pretty one either.
