Can not get jungleflasher to start 1.55 or 1.60

I flashed my xbox to 1.6 when it came out with no problems.
I tried to start JF today to read the guide & JF won,t start just a message saying

All in one flashing utility for 360 drives has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled JF & still no joy.
any help ideas appreciated

I,ve just downloaded JF 1.62 & can,t get it to run also, shows the same message.
have turned off my firewall & spyware doctor but still no joy.
there must be some software on my comp that is interfearing with JF

Make sure you have the most current version of the .Net framework. Version 3.5 SP1 works great with JF.

I had a few programs fall over so I rendstalled windows & all working
now including JF,
