seems like Col 23 is a clever guy, may be he dose not need any help from people, but there again we could do without his advice any how!! the rest of the members on the site are great anf helpfull so if any one can help please advice (Ecept you know who you are???)

all my channels are there but when I go on to them they don't come up on the screen?? but the free ones do?

Check if you can see evocamd in the blue button menu.
If not choose evocamd with the right or left arrow button and start the emu .

Unplug and replug the power plug, switch to a scrambled channel and let the thing running for 5 or 10 minutes.

Can you see the word evocamd2.12 in the blue button menu?
If yes try it at a discovery channel.
Btw do you get any onscreen message like service not available?

Upload the decompressed rom files you previously got via ftp to the folder var/keys at the box and reboot the box.

It is done via a ftp programm like filezilla and a network connection to the box.
If you have no clue about networking you could try a other image instead.
