starview 4 missing channels

hi just put new softwere on the starview 4 usb and done lots of rescans factory defalt ect still have some missing channels at the races tvx playboy about 7 in all iam in dublin on n-l anybody got any ideas or are these channels gone tnx

yes anyone on n*l in dublin and its the software not fixed right kryptview are getting them stations in no problem

HI i posted this this on another thread , have 3 starview usb boxes, loaded them with new firmware , 1 works perfectly, sports, movies are there, the other 2 cant get them on to it, no matter what i try , how come works for one and not the other 2 ?

I am looking for TV3 on THE BOX SUPER USB. I have all other channels but this channel is not being found. Any suggestions please ?

Try a factory reset and a new scan on your box,just make sure you remember, to turn the key code back on again.
Scan with no splitters on your cable.

Look in Eamos at the bottom of my post for instructions, firmware, etc. You need a USB stick or external HDD.

yep I have lost BBC1.BBC2 ITV3 and a few others, did a re scan but no luck, they have not come back.

I still pay a subscription to nthell and i rigged up their box the channels are missing on their own box also.
Can anybody still paying rig up the nthell box and confirm the same as myself ?

I have found that i have the missing channels back under specialist channels, listed as BBC1 Audio desc, and the rest follow in that order

Yes they are still working on the NTL boxes. The channels that went today wont come back unless someone brings out new firmware which is unlikely.

Yes im positive as i said they have done something which means that starview and eurovox cant unscramble these channels even though i dont think they have swiched them to Nagra2. I think its a firmware issue.

its both an encryption prob and firmware issue

No Kryptview is working perfect picking up all channels in south Dublin, although a few eurovox's are gone completley! No channels at all! They (eurovox) all have the latest firmware too.

I have the same problem, plugge back in my old nthell box and all my channels are gone apart from RTE 1, Setanta Sprts and Euronews. We have 4 connections in my house and 2 of them have this problem.... the other 2 work perfectly. Maybe its a problem with the cards... or maybe the nthell boxes are just useless and are broken down?

lads,im in galway and we to ar missin bbc1 bbc2 utv sky1 sky2 and channel4.the ony thing we can do at the moment if we want to watch these channels is flick the av button because we all must hav the basic ntl package 4 the boxes to work ya.at least we hav all the movies and sport channels workin.im sure given a bit of time we ll get it sorted..
