black screen on homebrew after 4.0 update

ive updated my wii to 4.0 from softmod 3.4. to then install ios60patch, but now my homebrew channel is black and cant to anything else. any ideas plaese.

What version of homebrew are you using? If older try updating it.

it was the most recent, i cant update it because it wont load up, the channel is there but then just a black screen.

Trying uninstalling and reinstalling the homebrew channel.

Unintsall it then use BootMii to try and reinstall it.

how do you mean unistall , do you mean delete it coz ive no apps are anything to unistall. also how do you install bootmii.

i have homebrew back now, i was on softmod ios249 gamma 0.3 backup launcher do i now just install the ios60 patch.

I'm having the same problem homebrew. I just updated to from 3.4 to 4.0 today. How did you go bout fixing it to make it work again? Bare with me i'm kinda new to homebrew installation. Please help.
