need some help here. i followed this tutorial http://www.gbatemp.net/lofiversion/index.php/t144835-0.html using the offline downgrade/upgrade since i couldnt get my wireless working to update to 4.0. Finally i got wirless working and updated.

Got through all the steps fine until
13) Run preloaderv0.29-cred and press 1 to install

14) Hold reset while powering on to access preloader and set preloader settings. In preloader hacks enable "Skip disc update check"

after i rebooted the wii it just went straight to preloader. It dont even goto the regular wii dashboard with the game disc etc.... What am i doin wrong

ok now i need help i think its bricked somewhat. After i did the Choose IOS249 then SD CARD to mount then select IOS60patched.wad it passed fine. went to reboot and its just bits and pieces of the wii troubleshooting manual on the screen and its stuck there.

I do got preloader and i can get to that fine. says IOS v60 on there. when i load homebrew channel from that, homebrew says 1.0.3 IOS61 v19.26 Any ideas how to fix this

OK well i just figure out what it was. How do i found out for sure which version i have. i think v4.0 is on there right now. how do i find out for sure. im gonna get the Universal-Unbrick Disc v2 and see if that boots up

If you had Preloader installed before running the IOS60patched.wad then you need to reinstall Preloader .29 again.

So boot into Preloader then select homebrew channel. Now run the Preloader .29 installer again.
