HDD only seeing one profile?

Never heard or seen this one. Anyone else? Worked perfect with my HDDbut a customer is complaining about this. My HDD worked perfect in his xbox. I told him to clear the cache so I'll post results.

edit- Looks like clearing the cache worked. One profile was corrupt for whatever reason. Just thought I'd share for other users.

edit- Hmm. Now it says profile corrupt. Tried another hard drive and same problem.

I am having him format it since he doesn't care about the game saves. Doesn't make since while my drive worked and his TWO drives he has tested don't. He doesn't have another console to test on.
