So, I'm trying to dump the key from my lite-on drive. JF recognizes the drive fine, but it doesn't detect any com ports. I installed portio32 drivers and rebooted. I've searched all over the place, but haven't gotten a real answer. what do I do?

You are going to need a USB driver. You can try the CK3 USB driver listed on this page.

Make sure you choose Vista or XP, which ever OS you have.
