Partitioned harddrive for Games and Movies

How should a harddrive be partitioned for working with both ISO Games and AVI,s. Lets say for example my 500 gb is partitioned at 250gb for ISO Games using WBFS and as Primary. Lets say its tested and works fine. Now the Wii will play Avi's from the dvd drive using MplayerCE. Tested and works yet it will not see the movies on the usb drive which is FAT32 and tried as Primary and logical. What could be the issue?

You have to partition the drive into 2 with fat32, both primary, then the 1st partition should be for AVI/MP3 files and the 2nd should the WBFS (Wii) otherwise the Mplayer CE will not recognized the AVI files.
