Try cIOS13 (not 13b)
and if that doesn't work use Neogamma http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=6111

install cios 13 just to not have it load in backup launcher gamma 0.3

load it in neogamma just to not have it load

updated my wii via nintendo cause I was just so frustrated

then it booted with neogamma

it worked for me BUT DONT COMPLAIN IF THE NINTENDO UPDATE BRICKS

I had followed the previous softmod guide (pre 24/06/09) and in order to get indy working in usbloader_gx i followed the new guide steps for
cIOS38_rev13a and WG3g002fix. Was tempted to update usbloader but held off and as it turned out, didnt need to.

hope this helps

I take NO credit for this, I found it on a torrent site I followed the step by step and I was able to play my ghostbusters. Google "Green Screen Loader FIX NTSC wii" for the files.

Do note at the very end I had to eject the disk before the White health screen came up and reinserted the disk when asked.

Wii 4.0U
Runs with NeoGamma r4
Cios rev 13a

This torrent will fix the issue with USB loader giving the green screen when loading certain games (ie ghostbusters, indiana jones). You must have HBC installed. Disc user support is now included but is dodgy.

Issues:
(1) This may only load one game and then fail if you go back to the system menu. You may have to load one game, play it, then turn your system off to load another game or load a VC game then re-try the GX channel.

(2) Your hard drive may not be found. Switch the USB plug to the other slot on your wii to fix this issue.

(3) Some games may give you the ERROR 002 when you try to load them. Use the GX channel settings and set 002 FIX ON to load these games.

Instructions:

1. Copy IOS38-64-v3610.wad onto the root of your SD card.
2. Copy cIOS38_rev13-Installer directory into the apps folder on your SD card.
3. Copy wadmanager1.4 directory into the apps folder on your SD card.
4. Copy USB Loader GX-ULNR r489.wad in the wad folder on your SD card.
5. Unplug hard drive from wii
6. Load up HBC with the SD card and go to the apps folder. Load the rev13 installer folder.
7. Select IOS 249 and install it. This installs rev13a.

USB loaders continue

8. reboot wii, back into HBC, load the wad manager folder.
9. Use wad manager to install the wad that we put into the wad folder.
10. Reboot wii, you now have usb loader GX channel on your wii.
11. Plug in hard drive.
12. Load gX channel and select the game that wont load.
13. Under settings put Force NTSC and Error 002 fix on.
14. Load game and have fun. USB loader people are done now.

DISC USERS:

You need to install this onto the apps folder of your SD card and use this to load games.

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=6250

It still may not work. Set vidpatch to your current format either 480i or 480p. Nunchuk MUST be plugged in when trying to load via disc

IF NOT TRY THIS

* Launched NeoGamma R3
* Selected Config Options
* Changed Patch Video from No to All
* Selected Exit Menu
* Selected Launch Game
* press the home button just as you see the white wii-mote strap warning
screen load

Another thing to try (worked for some)

NeoGamma Settings

Videopatch: Yes
Video: All

Getting to the Safety Screen is the hardest part. There is an easy work around for the Safety Screen lock.

Once you tell NeoGamma to boot from DVD it will flicker. Once your screen flickers, hit the eject button on your Wii. This will eject the disc and bypass the 'boot lock' that the Wii encounters.

The Wii will ask you to insert the Ghostbusters DVD. Just put the disc back in and you will be good to go, no lock ups for the rest of the game.
IF FOR SOME REASON YOUR WII STOPS WORKING THE WAY YOU WANT IT TOO, DONT FREAK OUT!!!!!! Just drop back your revision to whichever one you were on previously.

1) Backup Launcher is old. Neogamma is new http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=158884
1A) to get the Neogamma Channel http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=165485
2) Superdump (Requires homebrew) dump your game in 30 minutes. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/780900
3) Make your Wii skip updates! Use preloader 0.29 and enable skip updates. http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Preloader
4) Scared of Bricking your Wii? Make an NAND backup! Install BootMii http://bootmii.org/install/
