I heard about some games that are not in your region and if you try to play it there's certain update files in the game that can make your Wii bricked. Because I play my games with HDD, so I wanna know if WBFS Manager would auto block brick while transferring the game to my HDD, I know it scrubs garbage files from the iso because I can see the size reduction, but I wanna know if it removes the update and block brick?
Thanks.

"just patch the ISO with Wiu 1.1 before trasnfering the ISO to your drive."

This dosn't really answer the question.

Does anybody know if WBFS Manager removes the update partition while copying to a HDD?

no. whatever state the iso is in, is how it will react when loaded in WBFS manager.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

No WBFS does not but most up to date Loaders block updates anyway.
