BLACK Screen when loading Wii ACTIVE

Hello,
I NTSC system and when I put Wii active in it comes up in the Wii menu but after I click on it to load the game it comes up with a black screen. The Game is the original made in the U.S. so it should be the same as the system. My system dose have a chip in it not sure if that matters considering it?s not a backup. But I did try a back up disk of this game as well and same result. I did not ask to update so there was no update taken.

Not sure how to make it work or what is wrong.

Help is greatly appreciated.
