When i turn my wii on there is no video. No sound nothing. Nothing happens at all

Make sure all cables are connected to the tv and the wii as they should be.

Also has any settings been altered on the tv?

Does the light come on the wii when you turn it on?

If your wii is a UK model, maybe the fuse in the plug needs to be replaced if it has blown.

Do your wiimotes need new batteries? have you tried to turn it on with the button on the wii?
