Lads I am in a bit of a panic.
The channels that went off the air today are missing of the box i got from upc.My subscription is up to date.But I have not plugged the box in for months.this is the box type

My neighbour has an older type box supplied to him and his is fine.

Will this box update itself or what is the story ???

leave it connected to the cable overnight. These boxes have to be updated. Check it in the morning.

brother had same problem asyou ,he hadnt the box plugged in for months then when he switched it on no channels, he also left the box on overnight but still same , he then rang upc told them he was on holidys for 2 weeks and the box was not working it was up and running in 5 mins, give them a call

Just wondering I rescaned superbox last night to see if i could get back bbc/itv channells but lost disney and nick toons still these channells were ok before rescan
