Don't think that'll work unless someone with a huge motivation starts on it. Don't see that happening to be honest.

I don't have the answer that you are looking for but you could look into DOSBox. It plays older PC games. Some people were able to run Windows 3.1
I don't know what's going on with it right now but you might be able to find something that you are interested in.

Did you ever play the N64 version of starcraft? It was not the same as the PC version.

Should work yes.
Found this out though:
ROMs must be placed in a directory named "N64ROMS" on the SDCard

Wii64 works but it is too slow and not far enough along in progress to get any enjoyable result from. Not worth it for now.

You can check their site (They are the same people working on WiiSX the PlayStation emulator)

http://emulatemii.com/
They claim to have made a lot of progress and you can see a video here http://emulatemii.com/wordpress/?tag=wii64-mupen64gc
And the googlecode page http://code.google.com/p/mupen64gc/

There is a way to get N64 games that aren't on the virtual console through injected wads. Some work but I don't know about Starcraft.
