xbox 360 datel compatibility issues

I have a datel memory max with 2 gig sdmicro card + a datel data transfer kit all for 360 but they do not register each other?
software - max memort & xport
the data transfer cable with datel mem max card just comes up as an unknown in xp....and the sdcard in an adapter wont allow me to upload on to..

basically i want to play offline games with 100% saves which I have a few from friends...i dont care if microsoft thinks its cheating as i have hand eye disabilities and its just not going to happen but i still want to play as master chief in doa etc.

what do i need to do to upload saves to my 360 for the lowest cost so i can play offline (i dont want to get banned from live) please?

also does anyone know where i can get a few 100% saves im missing as a side note.

please help, thank you
