Some GC Backups not working

Recently a few of my Gamecube backups wont play through the backup channel. The games in question are Call Of Duty 2, Mortal Kombat Deception, & Luigi's Mansion. Most of the games act like they're going to start, but then I get an error that tells me to insert gamecube disc and refer to my owner's manual ( or something along those lines). Mortal Kombat goes to the loading page, then never gets any further. All of my other GC backups have worked. Is there something I need to install on the Wii to get these to play. I tried putting 3 games on 1 dvd-r using MultiGame Iso Creator 3.4.4F and they wont work that way either.

If anyone can help my ignorant ass, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
