I have found XBOX backup creator to be the easiest to rip 360 games. Then I run my ISO through ABGX to check for any high or low deviation of the challenge/response and to make sure the CRCs match.

i think i found a gd tutorial but im having some problems. i started the drive up with the try 1/2 open and its showing on windows and on xbc but when i put the disk in i want to rip it says somthing like no media detected. when i put it in my pc's dl dvd drive it detects the media but wont let me do anything. i know it wouldn't but i was just trying to see if it would detect the media and it does why cant my samsung drive? it has been flashed with the ixtreme1.6 0800 firmware could it be anything to do with the firmware being spoofed back to ms25?

Yeah, the VIA driver can be a problem. The newer drivers give fits. I've found 5.30c works good. When you are ready to burn the ISO, I would just use XBC again. Make sure you are using version 2.9. If that doesn't work out, ImgBurn is good too.

The 5.30c will work with a RAID VIA 6421 chipset card.

Your problem with the stealth failing is that Prototype is a Wave 3 game and XDVDMulleter does not have support for it. You need to be using ABGX360 version 1.0.1 and checking your ISOs with it.

Select the DVD file. It will tell the program what ISO to burn and it will set the proper layer break.
