MPlayer CE and WD HDD

Hi

I have (I think successfully) installed MPlayer CE. I've installed the UBS cIOS from the MPlayer CE website to cIOS 202, using ios 36 (default). I've installed DVDx (orginal, not 3.4) to cIOS 202.

I can access and play movies from my SD card and from my 1GB thumb drive (which is plugged into the lower of the two USB ports). However, I can't even access from ITB WD elements HDD drive when it's plugged into the same port.

Is this compatibility issue with HDD, or have just not instadd the usb cIOS properly?

just an update.

while waiting for a response I thought I would try my own brand of patented magic. I un-installed all above and then re-installed. So, now can still watch and access movies from my sd card and watch real dvd's, but can no longer access anything from the usb port.

PS: wii is 4.0E, has original wiikey, HBC installed, USB loader GX up and running (using maxtor 320gb)
