I just got the RROD on my 360 and I am aware of how to fix it (i.e: removing x-clamps and so on). My question is, does anyone know what shops will do the parts to fix the console in the UK, I have today off work and was hoping to get the parts and get her running again today.

Ebay, is there anything they don't have?

I'm not sure if it will get all the way to UK in a day, but it should be there by monday. But if you must have it today there should be someone on here that would have bought a items over there.

I believe I ran across a site telling US and UK items.

Heres a pretty nice site to visit for mods and repairs, they also sell a kit on here :
Llamma's RROD Kit

Also search GOOGLE for Xbox 360 Red Ring Fix. That will turn out to be your best friend.

hi there, save yourself some money mate...nip to your local B&Q or local trade centre, I got enough equipment to do at least 10 360's and it only cost me a few pounds

4x 10mm M5 Bolts

4x Nylon Washers (I use Nylon anyway!).

and a small tub\syringe of Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. 1.2g will be enough, I usually find the small back street computer shops (the ones that look like a PC graveyard inside) are the best for this.

Chris

P.S. Don't forget you'll need Torx8 as well as 10!!
