Which IOS, cIOS would I need?

Hi, quick question regarding my soft modded Wii.

I used the Twilight Hack last year and stuck a couple of wads of old VC games on my Wii. No other programs, IOS's or cIOS's (as far as i can recall) were installed at this time.

I would like to set up a USB loader but I'm not sure how many IOS's or cIOS's and in what order, I should install before being able to run a loader from the apps folder on my SD card.

I *think* that all I need to do is install cIOS rev13 and I should be good to go.

Would anyone be able to confirm this please? The guides are a mine of information but most of them assume a starting point of a Wii with 4.0 I'm on 3.2 still.

Sorry, that's not right.

The homebrew channel was also installed.

Yes your goal is to install cIOS. That is all you need to have the USB Loader functioning.
