I have a CK3 Lite and i used jungle flasher to flash the drive. Everything worked fine the first time, I used the probe to get all the .bin files and I spoofed them into the hacked firmware but when I clicked on earse Lite On and power cycled the Drive I got 0x0 status and the computer froze. Now every time i turn the Ck3 on the computer freezes and i cannot eject the drive either. have i bricked the drive? please help

No, the drive is not bricked. As long as you have the dummy bin you are fine.
What is probably causing the freeze is the VIA driver. Try this:
1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-Enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-boot PC.
Try turning on the drive again, and then loading up JF. If it doesn't freeze, re-send the Lite-ON erase to the SAME IO port you were using.

I have already deleted the drivers for the VIA card and installed the I/O xbox 360 port that comes with JunglFlasher. I have another PC and i tried connecting the drive to that PC but that one doesnt even detected the drive. Yestorday that PC was detecting the Drive but the Serial port on it is not working. Juglflasher says the port status in unavailible and today its not even detecting the drive. iPrep looks pretty complicated but thats my only hope so Ill give it a try and see how it goes =)

The Lite-On will not be detected by Jungle Flasher on any PC now because it has no firmware on it.
Connect it to the other PC that doesn't freeze and select the IO port you know your Lite-ON is connected to by SATA.
Resend the Lite-ON erase command and power cycle when prompted. That should get you good flash chip properties (0x72) and you should be able to write ix1.6.

the PC that does not freeze has a problem with its serial port. in jungleflasher the status of COM port say its not availible. I went to BIOS and tried fidloing with with serial port but the status still says "Not availible". so cant do much with that PC. Ok so i am now trying to flash it with iPrep but im having trouble booting from the flash drive. When i go into boot menu i get 4 options
boot from hard drive
boot from floppy disk
network boot
and boot from CD
even in the BIOS there are only these four option, no matter which one i go onto the windows will start loading.
looks like my £100 are gonna go down the drain =(
can someone flash my drive for me please. ill send the drive and the bin files and ill pay £20 through paypal if someone flashes it for me please.
P.S
I have flashed 2 Hitachies and a BenQ with no problems its just the LiteOn that is giving me a hard time.

Get dosflash 1.7. Put it on a bootable floppy or USB. Also get l-o-eras.exe
Boot to dos
use l-o-eras port# until you get a status ff72
you may have to powercycle the drive and keep doin l-o-eras port# until you get it.
Then power cycle the drive again and type DOSFLASH and use it to write your lite_cfw.bin file.

You don't need serial properties to flash a Lite-ON. You only need serial when you are extracting the key. You did extract the key, inquiry, identify, and dummy bin right?

Yeah, glad you have it working.
If you don't have access to another computer next time, do what I wrote about 5 posts ago.

I've got a tutorial linked in my signature on how to make a bootable USB drive and tutorials for DosFlash16 for BenQ and Samsung. I will be making a Lite-ON tutorial next week some time. But if you do need directions, the directions PS2Menace provided will work great.
