Ok, So I have seen quite a few people have the same problem I am having, but I have yet to find a good clear solution (this means do not tell me to google the answer please!). Many people are burning their xbox 360 images using IMGBurn and creating an image that when loaded on the 360 plays as a "DVD" and dumps them to a white background with the Xbox 360 loaded. I find the cause to be that when you are loading your image, you get the following info from IMGBurn:
I too have had this info pop up and burnt coasters because the Xbox 360 is not reading the disc correctly. IMGBurn should be reading something along the lines of:
When a .dvd file is loaded with the above everything works fine.
So, what exactly is up with some game .dvd files loading the DVD-ROM\Microsoft CDIMAGE UDF??
Is this a game which hasnt been patched, is it a game with a bad patch, does it even have anything to do with the patching? What is the cause of these bad burns? (This seems to have happened fairly recently)
Figured out what the problem is, it turns out that the games I am trying to burn are the new Wave 5 games which require iextreme firmware 1.51 and higher. The new Wave 5 games load as:

No problem. I was waiting to find out which games you were trying to play and what firmware you have. The "play DVD" message is usually a give away that a wave 3 game is trying to be played on older firmware. Or the DVD key isn't present in the firmware.
