I've followed all the steps. Had sound when just RTE1 and Setanta Irl were working but when I executed the hypercam, all channels appear fine but I have no sound at all.
Any ideas?

Had the same freezing problem the other night while watching american gangster it froze twice, box was off all day so dont think its an overheating problem lads, also only froze on this movie channel.....
Also noticed glitches in the picture while watching the normal channells(Chan4,bbc ect)....I got the feeling u*c were up 2 something..

Hi lads i am also having the same problem box is` freezing and the remote wont work..Its not a n#l problem as i have a kyptview and have no probs with that??

Hi Lads, had this working and sorted out a mate of mine too. Now (3 weeks later) I'm in his house watching the dreaded blue-key appear for most channels.
It looks to me like he's now on Nagra-3. We tried a full rescan/reboot - no change.
He's in Dublin 5. I'm dreading to find the same when I get home...
Have they started to roll out Nagra 3? Or are we missing something obvious?

No mines working fine n im in wicklow. Maybe try reflashing the image to the box

Mine is freezing too, so is my mates & 2 of his. I used the Dk image on all 4. Unplugging the power seems to be the only fix. I switch mine off every night...
Any suggestions?

Its could be the cam. I might try change to the other cam that works for it and see if is any different.

i'm having the same issue with my dm500c freezing and all that jazz.
something i did notice that when i turn on the box it says starting hypercam 1.01 when i think it should be 1.06, i have copied the 1.06 file into the appropriate folders.

No the other cam didnt fix it. It just seems to be sky action,comedy,drama, indie and family for me that they box freezes. The green light on the box goes on and off and the remote wont do anything

I doubt its that because id say the screen would just be blank if it was. Anyway it wouldnt crash the box.
What makes it weirder it seems to be working ok now.

A reflash did the trick - thanks Westham and Wolfkid. Really thought N3 was here...
This box was fine and S*y news froze suddenly, then most channels gone. Never had to do a reflash before (apart from upgrade) - maybe this is the cure for other ppls probs too?

hey,
anyone know if this works in cork?
i tried reflashing & copying over the files etc but no luck.
should hypercam show up in the cam menu? it says starting hypercam v1.06 when i execute it in tuxbox commander, but in the cam menu i only have evocamd 2.12
any help much appreciated :)
