I just bought a used wii and I know nothing about it. Where can I get an instruction booklet? It has a gamma loader on it and the games are copies that I play through the gamma loader. Does that mean it is modified?

Not sure where you can get and instruction booklet. If you want to spend money you can likely get one from Nintendo but I don't think you want to spend money for an instruction booklet.

If you can run backed up copies of games through gamma loader then yes, it has been modified but I wouldn't be able to say to what extent just by knowing that it can run backups. And you probably don't really care to know too much either unless you want to modify it further.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a place I could read about writing games?

Do you mean like game creation? Not my field but unless you know someone and you're really good you need to start with a degree from a university.

Edit: I just read your message again and I kind of get the feeling that there is a chance that you are talking about burning Wii games. If this is the case then I'm not sure why I wasn't instantly able to connect the dots.

All you have to do is get a Wii iso and burn with ImgBurn at 4x speed on good DVD-R media such as Verbatim. I used Sony discs when I burned. Not much of a burner any more though. It's about the USB Loader now days.

no, sorry. I'm learning the language. Is there a site I can read about creating my own backup discs that would be compatible with the backup program that is on my wii?

I'm sorry. I edited my previous post.

This is what I put.

Yet another edit: I'm sorry again. Idioms (the connect the dots example) aren't the best things to use with people who are learning english. I should have said I'm not sure why I wasn't instantly able to figure it out.
