Thanks.. Noticed that u've been the help arounnd here lately lol.. I also noticed i got the ATA Sata cable.. Do u know the proper term for the Sata cable?..Like is there a proper name for it..?.. So far as compatibilty goes..I have a brand new pc..So it has the right Sata slots, although i cant tell by the chipset, or even have the idea of finding it.. I figured I run the flash and if I cant I'll find out.. un-plug sata cables and dis-continue..

There really isn't a special name for the SATA cable. Just make sure it isn't a eSATA cable. Do you know the model number of the motherboard you have? If you can find a spec sheet for it, it will probably have the chipset listed in it.

Go to http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and download the CPU-Z program. Run and then click on the mainboard tab. Look at what it says on the Southbridge. That is your chipset.

Cool. Let me know how it goes.

Also you will need PortIO installed (it comes with Jungle Flasher) and .Net 2.0 or higher.

instead of crock clips just use a small run of logging chain to connect the two and weld it together with a lincoln welder!

I have lost all and any respect i had for this site!
