What are the differences of the firmwares "ix16-liteon" and "ix16-liteon-repack"?

There are no text or nfo files with the firmwares to give me any info. I'm using the "repack" version with no issues. Just curious.

From what I heard in #fw it was a beta version that did not play Wave 3 games and was accidentally was released to the public.
