hi i have a light on drive and i have tray half open and i stick the probe on my ck3 and it turns green but when i hit get key it say searil data bad? any help?

make sure you have the correct com port selected in jungle flasher.

You might not have the tray properly half open.
Turn on CK3 with everything connected and LiteOn closed.
Hit eject
Turn off CK3 (with Lite on still ejected)
Push tray in half way (the way I do it is put my thumb in the space and push the drive in until it touches my thumb so only a little of the top space is showing).
TUrn on CK3 and open Jungle Flasher, select the right port (it'll be the DG16 something like that).
Then out the probe on the r707 port and hit the get key, dummy and etc.

thanks guys for the help but i cant get it do i just barley touch it wit the prob or do i push down?

Are you using the serial (db-9) connection or USB?

Make sure the CK3 is blue and not red if using the mini USB

yea i even read were somone haveing the same problem and someone told them to take drivers off and put them back on i also tried the same thing is there a pic somewere of what the tray should look like befor u dump it

IM abOUT to throw this thing out the door i got jf set on com 3 io port on 0x9400 it shows the drive in propoties but i still get that dam message help i wasnt able to find a pic of the drive half open can someone post it pls thanks

ok so if the green light on the prob is barley lite (not bright) does that have anything to do with it?

What is the properties of COM3? Usually the USB is COM4.
