Hi, just letting anyone who was following this thread I was able to switch the PCB boards between my 2 models of the Hitachi FLs and get the key from this dead model and then spoofed it to a brand new Samsung MS28 drive.

Installed the new Samsung back into the Xbox and it plays perfectly, reads every disc put into it and goes on live without any issue.

If anyone has this problem they can PM me or post here and I (or leerage) can help you out.
