Hey guys..i just attempted to mod my wii today. looked up several guides, and as easy as it all seems. Theres just one tinsy problem. The Error 324. Everyone says to use a DVD-R. Which i did. But still error 324. I'm very new to softmodding. I have firmware 4.0U..not sure if the guide i followed was compatible with 4.0U. anybody with 4.0U able to play burn games? I followed this guide here, word for word. Except for the part where it says Further instructions.

I use (Dynex DVD-R) Burned at speeds 2.4x,4x,6x. All which did not work, with IMGBURN. Is this brand good for burning the games? Can someone post a super easy guide to hacking the wii? Cause i tried over thousands of guides, and still with the error 324. If someone is able to help me, God bless your soul.

I think you do the further steps but DO NOT take my word on that because im not a pro at this at all. Wait till someone with more experience writes. One thing i do know is Verbatim-R are the best way to go when it comes to dvds....i used to always get that error but since i been using verbatim i never get it.

Yeah I would try the Verbatim-R discs. Almost every time I can remember people with 324 had discs that were causing them problems.

And your link gives me a 404.

I will go what they suggested above, Verbatim -R, DYNEX will not work..which disk loader are you using? the link provided does not work.

Really now? Well..i have read this oen forum where someone said dynex-r works for them. And if your wondering what loader im using, the link i provided gave me gamma 0.3 loader.
