If you can rip games from the Wii, and that it only rips the actual game and not the junk files. Can you download the games, such as the 0.36gb Wii Sports instead of download the whole 4.7GB game. Is it possible to download the "actual game" and not the junk files with it, and have WBFS Manager transfer them onto your hard drive?

Yes you can.

If you have the original disc, you can rip it to your hard drive too. It would be smaller than the disc rip.
