Bad Benq Replaced With New Benq?

Ok i have a Xbox 360 Halo Edition with a bad Benq drive. I flashed my other xbox with my via chipset so I am not completely ignorant on the subject. Anyway some times the drive would read and not read games, so I ordered one off the net. I already pulled the F/W off of it and bought the same exactmodel. The one that sometimes reads works so i know i have the correct keys. So i flashed my new Benq Drive with the original non iextreme F/W and the drive spins up then says "Eject Tray".
Im using jungleflasher with my via chipset, on vista 32 bit. Any Help Greatly Apreciater!!
