Trouble installing Backup Launcher on 4.0 Wii

I believe I've found the Wiigator Backup Launcher v3.0 with 02 fix, but I'm having trouble launching a game with it. I think it has to do with IOS249, but I don't know how to uninstall it.

When I use the cIOS installer to install the custom IOS for the Backup Launcher, I get an error after all 15 piece have been gathered or whatever...


If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated, since this seems like a simple task (hopefully I'm just an idiot).
