if its the xbox you wanna hook up i think its just the ethernet cable if its the HDD you wanna hook up them I cannot help sorry

No, you will not get banned for modding content for custom maps, just don't place the pictures in your fileshare. Use an adapter (you can get them off ebay for $10) to plug your hdd into your computer, than use explorer 360 to mod content. My friend made a version of high ground (i think) with 50 arbiters and a whole lot of random oracles and master chief's. Bungie actually intended for you to be able to modify content, that's why they made halo CE
