I just bought the 5-Wire component wire my Wii and now i have 480p settings. When i start the game on USB Loader, my screen changes to 480i and the resolution doesnt fit my tv. How do i fix that?

Edit:

When i run one game, and i go back to the menu and try to run another game. My screen just goes black, and i have to restart my Wii in order to play another/different game.

I'm getting that second problem. Sometimes if I drop to the system menu, it'll run, but not always. Try that. Also, what version software and cIOS do you have?

I don't really know about this. Did you check the USB Loader settings? You could try loading using Waninkoko's SD/USB Loader v1.5 (see below).

Got that problem too with USB Loader GX. I'm using 4.0E and cios38_rev13a.

Try Waninkoko's SD/USB Loader v1.5. Doesn't come with all the frills, bells and whistles of USB Loader GX but seems more stable.

Nevermind about my first problem. It seems like i did some research and it seemed like the game itself was not widescreen/480p compatible. Sucks.

I have the same, cIOS 38 rev13 installed.

I've tried this using both USB Loader GX (r573) and Waninkoko's SD/USB Loader v1.5. Both apps give me the same problem - I have to reset the Wii if I want to launch a second game through a USB Loader.

Any ideas about how to fix this issue please? I followed Larry's softmod guide for Wii (4.0E) and am using cIOS38_rev13a.

Thanks

I think this is a well known problem but I have been to lazy to pinpoint exactly when it came up. It might be a rev13 problem, anyway it happens to a lot of people.

I have the green-screen stuck problem with only one of the games. And that is Resident Evil: Archives [PAL]
