Hi, I am having an odd issue with a 8 gig SDHC card. It doesn't seem to be working properly with my wii. Whenever I try to load an app from it, most of them app will crash back to the homebrew channel. Also, whenever I try to run wadmanager I get a ret -1 error. I have tried reformatting and it doesn't seem to help. Could the CIOS version or the fact that I'm on 4.0U have anything to do with it? Has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks!

The apps you are trying to run needs a certain cIOS. The application tried to look for the cIOS that it requires, but it cannot, so it boots you back to the Menu. Be sure you installed the cIOS correctly.

Thanks for the reply. I have a 512 mb card that actually is working fine. I updated to cIOS rev 13, so maybe I'll try going back down to another version. Thanks.

That didn't help, but if anyone else has any suggestions please let me know. Btw, the card is a Toshiba.

I have a 4 gig hcsd card and was having the same problem, with the -1 error can't mount card. What I do is I load the games with a 2 gig through wad manager, then switch cards and move them to my 4 gig hcsd card.seems to work better for me that way.Now I don't know about your other problem, but let me ask you this are you copying the games if so don't,you should move them atleast that's what I have read.Just a thought
