If you are getting the CK3 Probe, you will need to get the connectivity kit to go with it also. Either Lite or PRO. If you computer has a serial (db-9) connection, you can save yourself about 15$ and go with the Lite. If you don't have a serial connection, you will have to go with the PRO so you can use USB.

What's the serial port for? I thought this was all you had to do.

there is a seriel and usb port, hook one of them to your pc.
