Is there anyway to change the region within the ISO?

I have an ISO for a game that's for some other region than I'm in (not sure which since I'm getting an error message that just says the disc isn't for my region). Are there any programs out there to edit the ISO to be region free? Thanks in advance!

Yep, noob here. Actually, I did search but was hoping some new program came out since then. You'd think that'd be something you could change. Isn't it just somewhere in the ISO?

It's not as easy as the Wii. With the Wii you can just change the disc region and resign it or use something like StarPatch or Gecko OS to allow/load other region games. Microsoft did a better job than Nintendo with their game security and allowing HomeBrew applications to be ran.
