Download HJ-SLit http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/
(Creating ISO) Now open ?hjsplit?. Click ?Join?. Click on ?Input File? and select the FIRST chunk of the game (note: all chunks MUST BE in the same folder!). The Output should automatically be filled in. Then click on ?Start?. Once it finishes go into that folder and you?ll see the newly created image file of the game. You may continue to burn that file onto a DVD to later be played on your WII!
OR
In the command prompt
copy /b 0.bin+1.bin+2.bin wii.iso

Thanks for the reply, its not letting me add the files as they are not 001 split files, they are bins. Am I doing something wrong?

Alright, lets try this.
1) http://www.weethet.nl/downloads/bin2iso.zip is another program you can try it's called Bin2iso
OR
2) copy /b 0.bin+1.bin out.iso (You have to type this in the command prompt) Makes sure you cd your way to the files first!

I still cant get it to work, that programme you directed me too just makes an ISO of 26kb lol. The command prompt way isnt working either, just to give you a bit more info, I have 2 files (0.bin and 1.bin and they are saved in the root of my c drive), do i need to type anything different as they are saved in that way?

Start" > "All Programs" > "Accessories" > "Command Promp
1) Open it
2) Type Without the quotes "cd c:\"
3) Type without the quotes "copy /b 0.bin+1.bin wii.iso"
4) Let it do it's thing
5) When it's done go and get your dang .iso file!

I've made some progress but I either get an error saying 'the syntax of the command is incorrect' or 'access is denied'. Do I definately need to put in 2.bin? I dont have a file named that on my PC. With regards to the other method, i now have 2 iso files from the .bins I had, surely this is not right?

Sorry that was an error on my part, I took out the 2bin. You only need to type 0 and 1
So, your saying that you now have 2 iso rather than 2 bins? If that the case you can do the same step as the .bin (just replace the .bin with .iso) or whatever the file name is
copy /b 0.iso+1.iso wii.iso

I keep getting an error saying that 0.bin is access denied. I have not idea why as well! It also says that 0 files have been copied, for obvious reasons lol.

Ok, (stupid vista)
1) Try my step first with 0 and 1 bin and see what happens. IF still denied go to step 2
2) Close command prompt
3) Start" > "All Programs" > "Accessories" > "Command Promp Right click it and run it as administrator IF you don't see the options to run it as administrator go to step 4 if you do skip to step 5
4) right click it and select propterys and find target. Right click that and select run as adminstrator
5) Pray
6) Type Without the quotes "cd c:\"
7) Type without the quotes "copy /b 0.bin+1.bin wii.iso"

I think that might of worked, command prompt now has this displayed under the line you asked me to write.
0.bin
_
Then underscore line is blinking like it would when typing a word document, is this correct? its not confirmed its done or anything as yet?

Whoot! Did you have to do just step 1 or 1-7? Also what game is this? After all this you got me wondering.
