VIA 6421 SATA PCI Card question for flashing

Hello I'm newish here. Recently I have been interested in flashing my Xbox 360 with a BENQ drive. I've done some research and this has brought me here. I found a nice tut in the sticky but I am needing to ask if this card will work with the flash.

That card should do fine. Read the Jungle flasher guide before you start and you should be fine. Come back if you have any questions.

Does the via 6421 work on windows 7?

i am struggling to do a elite (benq) in Windows 7

its not letting me in go into vendor mode and no drive properties are being displayed

should i stick it back on my xp machine?

Help!!

I'm not a newbie but have only hacked about 5 so far!

I'm not a newbie but have only hacked about 5 so far!
Since windows 7 is only in beta, I doubt it would be supported yet. Just switch your os to xp.

I've got Windows 7 Beta Build 7600 x86 with the VIA 6421 chipset and it works great. :)
