Xbox backup creator ... nero & imgburn error

Hi

I have the latest version of xbox backup creator v2.9, I had to re-install after computer crashed and now it doesn't burn properly. I get the following message when I try to write:

Nero API is not available
ImgBurn executable not found

It used to work perfectly but now dont' know how to get these or where they go?

Install Nero or ImgBurn.

I have imgburn but every time i try to copy a game it copies it as a dvd file... do you know why?
