hi guys a small question is your virgin tv and broadband connection through the same feed as i have a starview i just plugged back in and its still working so stuck it in the kids room but i also have a cloned modem but it isnt working just wondered if you guys knew why the starview works as its getting a signal but the modem doesnt kick in thanx

it was last working about 2 months ago but had went with sky for tv so took the bb aswell but used the virgin modem for xbox live due to the high speed now stuck with the sky bb and going on xbox live is a no no was gonna sign up for virgin bb but wanted to know if i did and took the 10 meg would this modem kick in and get the 20 meg i was getting thanx
