I've tried 5.But whenever I put the burned disk back into the pc. ImgBurn somehow says the disk is empty.

I don't think that's a good sign.
When I put a completed Wii backup back in the burner, Imgburn says:
Disc Information:
Status: Complete
Erasable: No
Sessions: 1
Sectors: 2,294,912
Size: 4,699,979,776 bytes
Time: 510:00:62 (MM:SS:FF)
Supported Write Speeds: 4x, 8x
However, that being said, I am a modchip guy and not a softmodder, so I can't tell you if this may be a softmod issue.

1. Have you ever burnt a successful backup?
2. Your PC should NOT be able to read a Wii backup (shouldn't see files, etc.). If it does, it's not a proper Wii backup.

If you have never burnt a successful Wii backup then it could be a lot of other things.
If your USB drive backups work, you should stay with them until you have more time to troubleshoot your burner environment.
