Alright, so I have ixtreme 1.4 on my 360 console for a long time now. For obvious reasons, I want to upgrade the firmware. So I started to upgrade to 1.6 using Jungle Flasher. After this, my xbox could read original games, and my old copy. The thing is, my Prototype game worked sometimes only, it used to say that the disk was unreadable and I couldn't read my FUEL game ( neither the original or the copy ). So I browsed the web a little and tried to downgrade my firmware to 1.51. Now my Prototype seems to work correctly, but I can't read my FUEL game and my Resident Evil 5 game neither, which I think are all wave 3 games.
Wellm when I boot FUEL original or copy, I get the error "Unreadable Disk". When I boot Resident Evil 5, I get no error, on the dash board it says "Open Tray" instead of "Play Game"...
if you're getting open tray errors and you know the flash went well since it was playing other games, then the problem lies with your laser. you should try doing the POT adjustment, and if that doesnt work, then a new drive might be in order for you.

I'm pretty sure the problem is not the drive laser since it was working alright with ixtreme 1.41... And as I said, I can play Prototype alright, but it cannot read RE5, maybie the copy is not good, but the FUEL game is a real problem since it start the game but send an unreadable disk error ! I'll try to play the game on another hacked xbox, but I'm pretty sure it will work. Anyone got another solution ?

ok. if you dont have verbs, then get some, that will more than likely solve your problem. or, you could try making sure your dvd drives firmware is up-to-date. but either way you should really get some verbs.
